Programs

The Department of Music will now accept programs from student recitalists and ensemble directors.

Office Staff

The Music Office Staff Will:

  • Create the cover page for all recital and event programs.
  • Email Ensemble Directors and Student Recitalists.  The email will include the due date for the program, the program template, program guide and CRAM guide.
  • Print programs received by the due date.

Student Recitalists Will:

  • Create a program using the template and instructions provided.
  • Submit program to the Music Office by due date.
  • Prepare and submit any program notes that should be included with the program. Notes are the responsibility of the recitalist.
  • Student Recitalists are responsible for printing programs that are not received by the Music Office by the due date.

Ensemble Director

  • Create a program using the template and instructions
  • Submit the program to the Music Office by the due date
  • Format and submit program notes as a separate document and submit them by the due date.
  • The Ensemble Director is responsible for printing of program and program notes that are not received by the Music Office by the due date.
