Wind bands at the College include TCNJ Wind Ensemble, Wind Orchestra, Concert Band, and Pep Band. TCNJ Wind Ensemble is an auditioned ensemble of approximately 45 undergraduate students from majors across the campus. The ensemble has toured the northeast region, including performances at the 2020 NJMEA Conference in Atlantic City and 2022 CBDNA Eastern Division Conference in Baltimore. The ensemble has collaborated with notable soloists and composers, with recent world premieres of works by Rollo Dilworth, Sally Lamb McCune, and Ryan Galik. The ensemble has completed a series of recordings for Kalmus Publishing, Mark Custom Recording, and Alfred Reed. TCNJ Concert Band includes approximately 80 students from across campus, including a combination of music majors and non-music majors.
