American String Teachers Association

The mission of the TCNJ Chapter of the American String Association is to promote the playing of string instruments, as well as striving for excellence in the performance and future education of string players. We are open to any music major wishing to participate. Our role is to serve as resources for the students, and a channel of communication to the Music Students Association, as well as the Faculty. Our main goal is to prepare the future educators of The College of New Jersey string department for their future jobs of fostering a new generation of musicians.
